A Day of Sacred Flow

Our yoga and meditation retreats have a gentle and nourishing daily program. We start as early as possible at sunrise with a grounding yoga session. You energize your body with sun salutations and practice pranayama. You are also introduced to an ayurvedic breakfast that nourishes your body and soul.

Time to be mindful in stillness comes in the middle of the morning. Our skilled mentors teach you lunar integration. Our senior instructors analyse your postures and discuss yogic philosophies. You are also served sattvic lunch made with organic ingredients that keep your body healthy. We believe that a healthy digestive system allows one’s mind to be free and functional.

You can sit beside a still stream of water or under a tree, or you can just quietly rest-- each moment helps you to relax and enhance the mind-body connection. Following nutritious meals, we move on to the practice of meditation, guided meditations, or softening asana to settle the nerves.

Every night is purposeful. You are offered a meditation & yoga practice combined to relieve stress, and help with emotional stability, and improve mental health. It can be yin yoga therapy or a contemplative meditation; we assist you to de-stress and deeply relax.
